- Guide Smitha as she conducted the lessons for P2.4, P1.5 & P1.4 Pupils.
- Assist Qizhen with P2.5 pupils
- Collate the attendance % for P1 & P2 pupils
- Fix a date for the P2 EP classes,as they missed a lesson due to Movie Screening on 28th September 2008
- Fix a date for the P1 EP classes as they are going to miss a lesson, as the pupils are going for excursion on 30th October 2008.
Admin Task
- Label the SpongeBob CD's in Lab for 2009
- Assist Janet with Scanning Documents
- Loan 3 digi cams to Hema
Handover to Ms Nazare Smitha - Guide her in planning for the IT Enrichment Programme for 2009
- Guide her in printing the handouts for P2 pupils
- Introduce the school personnels to her
- Brief ner on the normal duties in school - Technical, EP's
- Breif her on th IT Resource Room Equipment, Stock list & on loaning cameras
- Guide Smitha in downloading the pictures and copying into a CD and passing it to Hema.
